1. Regulating the right to information. Responsibility File

Under the provisions of Law 15/1999, of December 13, Protection of Personal Data (Act), Act 34/2002 of 11 July, of Services of the Information Society and Commerce mail (LSSI) and Law 32/2003 of November 3 General Telecommunications, access and use is regulated: i) the website (hereinafter the website) offers the users its products and services, and ii) the saved information from users via forms that website file.    5. Information obligation and veracity of User Data

Users guarantee the veracity of the provided personal data, and are suitable for the purpose for which they are collected. REBELBLOOD reserves their right to exclude from the services offered to users that provide false information, without prejudice to other actions subject to law.

All personal data requested in the website are collected for the proper management of  REBELBLOOD activities: management of accessions, handling complaints, answering inquiries, etc. In no case, they will be used for other purposes or given to third parties. REBELBLOOD is clearly positioned against "spam", so under no circumstances it will use the personal data for the sending of unsolicited commercial communications without authorization.

The application we use to collect and analyze information from the navigation is Google Analytics: and Google Analytics enables the entitled cookies in the website of the domain :


"__utma" : Is necessary for the operation of Google Analytics and has a shelf life of two years.


"__utmz" : Is used for the location of the visit, i.e.  from where and how the user has access our website and it expires after 6 months.


"_utmb" This cookie records the time of access to the site and expires after 30 minutes of the sign up page view. It is automatically deleted when you switch or close the web browser.


"_utmc": The current JavaScript code that uses Google Analytics does not require this cookie. Before, this cookie was used together with the _utmb cookie  to determine whether after more than 30 minutes on the same page,  it was appropriate to establish a new session for the user. This cookie is still written to ensure compatibility with sites where the old urchin.js tracking code is installed.

This tool does not collect data from the first or last names of the users or the address from where they connect. The information obtained is related to the number of visited pages , language, social network in which our news is published, the city to which the IP is assigned address from which the users access, the number of users who visit us, the frequency and recurrence of visits, lenght time of the visit, the browser used, the operator or terminal type from which the visit is made.
